Delete your account and data
CalmBudget only creates an account if you turned on optional cloud backup. If you never signed in, there is nothing on our servers to delete — removing the app deletes everything.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open CalmBudget.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Delete account & data.
- Confirm. Your cloud backup and sign-in account are erased immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email jandastoresllc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "CalmBudget Account Deletion". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account, including your email address and account identifier.
- Your cloud-backed categories, expenses and recurring bills.
These are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Budget data stored locally on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain nothing else. Purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are governed by those providers and by tax-record requirements; deleting your CalmBudget account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
